On Saturday, June 15th the Dante Assembly of God held its Community Appreciation Day event on the grounds of the Dante ball field.  The event was originally scheduled for June 8th, but was rescheduled due to the threat of rain.  This proved to be a wise decision because sponsors and guests enjoyed perfect Southwest Virginia weather for fellowship and fun.

Pictured here are some of the day’s events, which included inflatables for children, horse-drawn wagon rides (aren’t the horses beautiful?), an “everything’s a dollar” sale, live music, delicious food and refreshments, and much more.

GOOD PEOPLE HAVING A GOOD TIME – that’s the way they do it in Dante, Virginia.
