If you are concerned about your personal safety when buying or selling articles on-line, here’s a suggestion:  Make your exchange with the buyer or seller in the “safe zone” located in the parking lot behind the St. Paul Police Department.  Here, surveillance cameras and the proximity of law enforcement combine to act as deterrents to potential criminal activity. 

Following his recent surgery, we are pleased to report that K9 Officer Brutus of the St. Paul Police Department has recovered and is on the job.  He is shown here with his partner/handler, Sgt. Shannon Dishman.
