The 2025 St. Paul, Virginia Christmas Parade in Photos

The annual St. Paul, Virginia Christmas Parade took place on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Although the previous day had been rainy and cold, the weather improved considerably on Saturday afternoon and just before parade time, there was a beautiful sunset. Here’s what you missed if you weren’t there:

As you can see, the Christmas Parade tradition is alive and well in St. Paul. That tradition dates back to around 1950. It began through the joint efforts of the St. Paul – Dante Lions Club and the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce as a way of demonstrating that St. Paul was a progressive community offering what other area communities had.

The Christmas Parade has continued as an unbroken chain all these years because volunteers gave their time and effort to make it happen. To them, the Clinch Valley Times extends its thanks 🙂
