BAND STUDENTS PLAN ALL-DAY PICNIC AUGUST 15, 1958

The Castlewood band students are planning an all-day picnic on Friday, August 15, the last day of their summer band program. All members of the summer band program are going to Lonesome Pine Lake for a full day of swimming and picnicking on that day. The band has been working hard since the 26th day of June when the new beginners were started. The Junior and Senior Band started rehersals on the 14th day of July and have been working laboriously since that day.

It is hoped that with this summer band program, Castlewood High will be able to field the finest playing and marching band in its history this fall when they accompany the football team at home and away games.
