Effective November 30, 2017, The Clinch Valley Times discontinued its printed paper format. We are currently developing a new electronic version showcasing our area in a photographic format. When complete, it will be available to readers by subscription.
Our office is located at 16541 Russell Street in St. Paul, Virginia beside the St. Paul Police Department and Town Hall. Because our office hours vary, please call ahead for an appointment.
