AARP Virginia Offers Free Online Workshops in March 2025

Healthy Living and Lifelong Learning Webinars Highlighted

RICHMOND, Va. _ AARP Virginia offers free online workshops every month so that Virginians can keep their minds and bodies active without leaving home. Free online seminars throughout March will focus on healthy living and lifelong learning, with numerous exercise classes, hearing health and women’s history webinars available to anyone who signs up.

All webinars are free and open to the public, but registration is required to receive the Zoom link to participate. AARP offers a variety of free lifelong learning opportunities.
