On Tuesday, October 30, the J. Fred Matthews Memorial Library’s pre-school reading program participants were conducted through St. Paul for some Trick or Treat fun. When these pictures were taken at the St. Paul Town Hall, the children had already visited the Western Front Hotel and the Clinch Valley Times. They continued their rounds, visiting each of the town’s businesses and leaving a trail of smiles in their wake.
