April 28, 2018 — The Clinch River Little League hosted a softball tournament last weekend for girls ages 9 and 10. Teams from Norton Little League, Pound Little League, two teams from Coeburn Little League, Ridgeview Little League, and Clinch River Little League participated in the event.

**A Coeburn runner (19) is safe at the plate**

Clinch River and Pound played in Sunday afternoon’s consolation game. The Coeburn (McCoy) team faced the Coeburn (Hall) team in the championship game. No scores were available.
